September 18, 2019: Lisa Grossman is awarded the 2019 Phoenix Award in visual arts/painting from the city of Lawrence, KS, to recognize outstanding artistic achievements in the Lawrence community.

July 27, 2019: The University of Tampa acquires 54 original paintings by Audrey Phillips to be permanently installed in the Southard Family Building on their Florida campus.

July 19, 2019: Ahavani Mullen accepts an invitation to participate in a residency with The Macedonia Institute in Chatham, NY during Fall 2019.

June 4, 2019: James Edward Scherbarth is awarded a fellowship for October and November 2020 with the Ballinglen Arts Foundation in Ballycastle, Ireland and will teach a workshop there on November 12-20, 2020.

April 25, 2019: Kathleen Waterloo, as part of a show at Woman Made Gallery in Chicago, IL, is featured in a review published by Newcity Art.

April 17, 2019: Kansas University’s Spencer Museum of Art presents “The Power of Place: KU Alumni Artists” featuring two pieces (acquired in 2004 and 2018) by Lisa Grossman.

March 4, 2019: As part of SPRING/BREAK art fair in New York City, Devra Freelander collaborated with Gracelee Lawrence to create Eventual Artifact, an outdoor sculpture commissioned by Times Square Arts, which was featured in Artforum magazine. The sculpture is on view in Times Square on the Broadway Plaza between 43rd and 44th Streets until March 31, 2019.

March 4, 2019: Colorful gouache paintings by Laura Stack are included in a show at ICOSA Gallery, Austin, TX, curated by Andrea Mellard, Director of Public Programs for The Contemporary Austin Museum.

May 10, 2018: First Street Gallery in New York selects Lindsy Halleckson to exhibit in their annual juried exhibition on view from June 21 - July 14.

May 8, 2018: Lisa Grossman's painting "In the Cottonwood Watershed" is selected as the winner of the 2018 Prairie Art Exhibition at Symphony in the Flint Hills and is available as a limited edition commemorative print.
